Rework Gallery

I was just going through the "New Images -> Rework" gallery and it seems a few people misunderstand it's purpose, so I thought I would clarify: The "Rework" gallery is for images that have already been posted on caedes which have then been "reworked" (ie changed/improved) by another member or the original author, and reposted. If you are changing a photograph that you have taken yourself which you haven't posted on caedes, it would belong in "Photography -> manipulation". No biggie, just thought I would explain the difference.

Note also that if you ever post a "reworked" image you should always get permission from the original author first.

You should do that before you even begin to rework it!

If you are the only one whos ever going to see it I don't think you really need to get permission.

Agree with you, Sam! And also, the RW image should have a link with the original image to see the improvement... If you don't know how to do it, look at the FAQ or call a Mod...
