If you use an image or part of an image in any upload on the site that is not your own creation than you must provide the proper credit to the creator of that image. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate permission to use that image and that you provide evidence of this when you upload the image.

Failure to do so is in violation of the sites COC and any image found to use another person's or associations work without proper credit or permission will be promptly removed (this includes "public domain" works where proof of this is not shown when the image is uploaded).

It is also possible that those who are found to have violated this rule on multiple occasions will have their entire gallery removed, as it is not practical for us to go through every image in someones gallery to see whether or not the person might have used other peoples images in them.
