When I try to enter the contests gallery my Norton Internet Security goes bonkers and advises me that I have been subject to a 'http netscape cookie monster' attack. It only seems to do it for that gallery and it has never done it before. It doesn't seem to matter what browser I am in. Has anyone else experienced such a thing?

NIS is in general a piece of %*$#. It seems to be way too concerned with 'security issues' which actually don't matter at all. Do you have any idea what a 'http netscape cookie monster' is exactly?
According to Symantec, the "problem" is only a security risk if you use a 5-year-old version of Netscape. (link) If you're still using Netscape 3 or 4, I'd say you have bigger problems than someone trying to view your cache. =D
I got it free with something and thought I would try it out. and, no, I don't know what an 'http netscape cookie monster' is. I've excluded it now anyway.

I dont have a choice really as to what security software gets put on my work pc so i just sit and suffer with it like a good little reluctant windows user.
I wouldn't worry about the "http netscape cookie monster" too much. THe "http netscape oscar the grouch" is a much bigger problem! Also, ignore any emails you may recieve about an "http netscape Mr Snuffleupagus", I believe this is a hoax and it doesn't actually exist.
