Recent reduction in quality

I I have noticed lately when I submit photos they are extremely dark when compared to other sites, this one for example, and the one I submitted last week.

Compared to 500px,which is by far a better rendition.

This is a recent issue and not sure why?

And actually my last three are really dark, due to the size limitations of 3200 I have to create a separate reduced version before posting, on my monitor they look identical however after uploading they are an exposure of - 1.5 compared to what was uploaded.

The obvious answer would be to increase the exposure, however I tried that on the last one and the results were diminished, I am aware that using a 50 megapixel camera that the file size is quite large even after the reduction to a width of 3200 pixels per inch, I am setting the output to a resolution of 3200 as well, so the question is are the photos to large for the site, I hope not, post processing takes awhile and I do not want to have to create photos just for Caedes, when they display correctly on all the other sites I am active on.

Try uploading in png format instead of jpg and see if it makes any difference.
