Tonight i posted a picture and then seconds after realized i could make it a tad better by doing some curve adjustments and such, so i went to try and delete it and then repost. The problem i ran into was there was no image mod online, so i couldn't find it to delete and repost. It would be very handy to be able to see a recently uploaded picture before it has been aproved, or have the option to delete it before it is approved. I'm not saying that others should be able to see it before its approved, that part works well, but it would be nice if i could see my picture before then.
"A piece of toast with butter always lands butter side down, and a cat always lands on its feet. What happens if a piece of toast is tied butter side down to the back of falling cat? Does it hover above the ground in perpetual indecision?"
This topic is being pretty actively discussed here. It's something that we're been around several times. I personally would like a place where I could distribute artwork, but I don't think Caedes is the appropriate place for it. Several problems arise when you branch out into art. 1) copyrights. 2) Competition. There aren't too many sites competing with Caedes in the desktop area, but in the artwork area there are legion.
I acctully don't think that thread has anything to do with this in the slightiest. I was suggesting being able to see submissions that i have submited before they are approved, kindof like a pending image that only i can see. That way they can be edited imeditatly if you notice you made a mistake when you uploaded it.

Yeah, I think regmar answered a question in another thread. The initial idea is certainly possible and probably something that should be done. Could you add it to the dev site please? http://dev.caedes.net/

Perhaps when you get the "SUCCESS" notification there could be a link to the page ... half the time when I add linkage in my description it's garbled and I would like to fix it before I lose face .. o_O ... in a perfect world this page would have a comment box so that the lyrics of olde Irish folk songs could be shared without having to wait for an image +MOD
You know, the kewlest thing in caedes is the fact that people have ideas, give comments and caedes listens and works with all of us!! I really love that!!!!!!!!
