Saving text???HELP!!

I am baffled, I have added a poem(text) onto a photo and I CANNOT figure out how to save it so that I can resize it and post it This is in Photoshop..HELP???

you don't need to save it first. (if you typed it directly on the pic select the text layer and press control+t and you can resize it.)
if it is seperate from the pic copy and paste then control + t , that way you can put it anywere you like.
This is the way i do it , there are other ways.

Need more info., Verena. I'm assuming that you typed the poem on the photo and have the text where you want it - - right? Is it the photo or the text or BOTH that you want to resize? Wen

Given your previous posts I'm led to believe that you may have typed the poem onto the image without first adding a layer onto which to type the text. Is it possible that this happened?

the text tool automatically creates a new layer when you start typing. if you need to resize both the image and the text as Wen suggested you need to link the two layers together and then if you scale one the other should follow suit. when your happy with it flatten the layers and save off as normal.
