im trying to search for images that have other images hidden inside them. I can't remember the name of what this is called, so if you could help me with the name of this type of art that would be great. Also if you know much about it could you help me with where to find desktop wallpapers of this or anything....
Thanks alot....

If you put most images on an old record player and spin the turntable backwards .. there are secret messages ... well, in mine anyways

or ... perhaps you mean Steganography ... @ .. wikipedia page

and .. no ... I know nothing of it .. (*he says stepping away quickly as he calls the po-leese*) ... nothing at all

_____..)/..________..)/.._____ ___..)/..________

oh! .. wait .. you mean Stereograms .. (*scrathes head*) .. sorry .. I called the po-leeese off

Just google for "Stereograms" or "Magic Eye"

Highlights for Children, a children's magazine we've all grown up with (http://www.highlights.com/) has always had a section called "Hidden Pictures." Go to their site, and have fun finding the bunnies, barbed wire, etc. :) In fact, you'll find a hidden pictures link right on that page.

Yet again I am unable to see those %$@&*(@ magic eye things... they still just look like alot of stupid colored dots to me. I even tried that "Floating frankfurter" thing and I had no problem with that... but no cute 3D animals...

The only "Magic Eye" stereogram I know of on Caedes.net is my image More than Meets the Eye. I thought I was being creative with that upload since I hadn't seen any others around the site :). There is also a link somewhere on the image discussion on that page that leads to the website where I downloaded a free program that actually allows you to make those crazy things. So, try mine on for size and then you can have a go at making your own!

Lol Samatar...magic eye is so easy! Just look at it real close, and then don't move your eyes at all. Pull the image away from you slowly until the image comes together. All it is, is just a bunch of repeated patterns that when you look at it slightly cross-eyed (as if day dreaming at it), your eyes overlap parts of the image to make it look 3D.
