For the last week whenever I open this website , I am not able to see any of the pictures...just a black box on the home page and white boxes on the gallery pages....this happens on Netscape , Explorer and Safari...It has worked fine before....I have not changed any of the prefrences or upgraded them with new versions...Anyone have this happen and or have any suggestions ?

I've added a section to the FAQ's to answer the probable cause of this. Let me know if this is the case.

Thank you Caedes for your response....I do have a firewall , but I haven't changed the settings and it was working fine with the firewall before...very strange...I will try to find out more about deleting this http referell thing ( techno dummy here ) your talking about....thanks again for your help :o)

Go to this page and tell me what you see.

I see a long , empty rectangular box and underneath that there is this text - "The red text above is the HTTP_REFERER header that your browser sent to the caedes.net webserver when it requested the image (the text is actually an image). If this text is not the exact same as the URL in the location bar for this page then your browser is sending an incorrect HTTP_REFERER header or there is a firewall running which is modifying its value.
In order to view images correctly on the caedes.net website you will need to modify the settings of the browser and/or firewall to prevent the modification of the HTTP_REFERER header. "

I know what they are saying not all but some off the images have names but no image and when you go to that image its self it still comes up blank. This has been going on for maybe four to five days.

sometimes all you need is a good cleaning of your temporary internet files...

Don't know what happened , lol , but changed firewall settings yesterday and it didnt change anything , then this morning it worked...so I changed firewall back and it still worked , lol.....not sure why , just glad it's working :o) Thank you to everyone for your time , advice and kindness :o)
