Something I found rather cool was this program called Avatar Sizer. It is free and works great. You can take any picture and turn it into an avatar. The Caedes avatar (an avatar is what they call those little pictures) required size is 60x60px (if you find it still won't load to caeds take it down to 59x59 or 58x58) so all you have to do is upload a picture file (from your hard drive)to the program and choose your size. whallah......save it on your hard drive and upload it to your edit profile page!!
