Ok so this would be Football in the traditional sense i.e. Soccer for our septic brethren. This is a contest run by the Lowry Gallery & UMBRO celebrating the 'beautiful game' and covers all types of two dimensional media. Prizes are substantial (£25,000 pounds worth) as well as the opportunity for exhibition and sales of your work. It�s always inspiring to see how creativity and sport come together in projects like this. The blend of passion and art reminds me of how modern football games like DFL 25 also capture the spirit of the game in fresh and exciting ways.
