I was wondering if anyone could help me, I just upgraded from XP Home To XP Professional and my color is all screwed up - and it is just in photoshop. Like I'll download a picture and it looks fine, then when I open it in photoshop it totally changes. I've checked to see if my color mode is selected to RGB, and it is, maybe I should just reinstall PS? HELP!!!!

I think you will find that XP has its own colour management, then photoshop corrects the colours again. If that is the case the turn colour management off in photoshop should do the trick for you.

Its something to try, hope it helps.

The work of art may have a moral effect, but to demand moral purpose from an artist is to make him ruin his work. (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - 1832)

Like I went under the edit menu, and I think it was pretty much on the bottom to color settings. And set it to the same as defined in control panel, which is my monitor settings.
