sharks - try going to the aquarium some time, and have one of them sorta ease by you with that black-eyed grin...you know both of you are thinking the same thing "man, just an inch or two of glass between us" but for very different reasons....
I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band,
I saw a needle that winked its eye.
But I think I will have seen everything
When I see an elephant fly.

Most of the sharks at aquariums are nurse sharks, actually I don't think there's any record of them ever attacking a human... I agree that they are unnerving though.
hahahaha when i was, oh....12...and found a football i was going to be getting...i left it there, and pretended to be surprised...my best friend came over, and asked about it, and i didnt know my mom heard me say..oh i knew, i found it two weeks ago :P

Loud noise and cranked music People which like to watch porn when you come to visit them regardless of it's uncomfortability and offensive effect. That would make almost anyone uneasy, it just so happens it a girl friend not a guy friend so telling them to shut it the beep off is more compicated. This chick is bent on being just like a man (but she's straight) and takes offence to my lack of open mindedness. Hmmm, she only has about three friends, correalation, yes. If you like porn save it for when the friends aren't coming over for coffee, that's my theory. Now that makes me suberbly uncomfortable!!
Well Terry, I agree, when my kids get quiet, that means they are up to something!! And MBA last year had a great white in their tank...now THAT was unnerving.
Seatbelts make me uneasy...I have been the passenger in 3 minor collisions (and now I insist on driving everywhere as a result)...but in 2 of them I had my seatbelt on and got hurt, the time I didn't have my belt on...nothing. And before I get the lectures...due to my physical build, seatbelts tend to choke me, as they keep sliding up to my throat...so it makes me very uneasy.
Crowds make me really, really uneasy...actually tends to short-circuit me...the kindsof crowds where people are pushing their way through.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:: Never hold your farts in. They travel up your spine, into your brain, and THAT is where shitty ideas come from!!
Getting stuck in a lift makes me uneasy.... knowing a secret that can have a devastating effect makes me very uneasy... not knowing where I stand with people sometimes makes me uneasy...
hmmmm
i can sort of relate to both of those..i was in a cable car in rio de janeiro, brazil...traveling from peak to another..and it stopped...suddenly! i was too busy consoling the others to think while it was happening, but once we were off, had a good case of the shakes for a good minute or two

Hills. If I am not driving the car, I will go full on postal if I am on a hill. I have, in the past, jumped out of the car and walked down the hill. Hills terrify me...unless I'mdriving, then suddenly it turns into a scene from Bullitt!!!

the guy sitting next to me on the train this morning… who insisted on striking up a conversation despite REPEATED pointed turning my head back to read my book. *sigh*
I shoulda thrown my manners out the window and told him where to get off 8•P

Wind turbulence while flying in an airplane:: lighting strikes off the wing tip, and when the flight attendant sets down and buckles herself in. Will never set foot on an airplane again, uneasy and sweaty.
