Good capture of the environmentalist Tick. It looks as though he jumped on to the log and is slightly stunned. (or was it on a tree and you turned it horizontal?)
Great shot of this adorable environmentalist . He looks pretty serious about not letting this tree ... his home fall victim to a saw . Great title and narrative . Jen-Nay
I ought to get a prize. I mentally said squirrel as soon as I saw the title. Really nice, Ron. Detail on detail. Also makes me wonder if he could jump from that position.
That squirrel looks like he is hanging on for dear life. He might feel better if you tipped him upright! I like your treatment on this and I also like the horivertizontical format!! LOL.
I don't know if that squirrel was climbing and you rotated the image or he fell from a tall tree and landed on a big log. Nice work on this image Tick.
I like these little guys (and gals)! Awesome job Tick. The first thing that came into my mind when I saw this was that he looks a bit like a pin-up out of magazine made for squirrels!
Surprised you managed to get this close to one these skittish creatures, so well done for that. I would have liked to have seen this in portrait though.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
What a stretch!...lol...I love to watch the squirrels! We feed them and they pretty much come right up to the house to get the food! A cute and superb capture Tick!!!
He's really got to work on his chameleon powers if he wants to blend in with his environment. A nicely captured closeup on the squirrel, Tick. Good textures and lighting in the photo.
