The horses are stretching their legs as they race against each other and the fading daylight. Open Range is a movie starring Robert Duval and Kevin Costner. It is my entry for this week's SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES,
Now this is something very special! A work of art, Tick. I am not familiar with the movie, but it would have to go a long way to shine as well as your picture!
My goodness, what a gorgeous image!...the lighting, colors, these beautiful animals, the action...you deserve several Oscars for this one, Tick...a fantastic portrayal of that movie, one I have seen, and another super submission for SNATM.
This image is even better than watching a movie...you can appreciate the stunning beauty of these horses...you can look at this for as long as you wish, and the sensation of how magnificently you have captured this scene, is overwhelming.
Owd Fella Tick (OFT), your contribution for the SNATM-theme (🎥) has a painterly appearance. Splendid contribution, so it was S+F instantly by me. Thanks for sharing this beauty, 👍!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

That was a great movie...a little violent...but great. Your image really appeals to me. It has the out west painting look to it. At first glance, I thought you were shining as a famous artist. Nonthe less it is artistic.
Wow! The lighting is just awesome! There is a TV show called "The kids are alright" where the lighting in the show is filmed through a filter that adds a soft light yellow tint to the show. This somewhat reminds me of this shot.
