One of my favorite movies that I have watched many times, and will watch again given the opportunity. You can see the movie trailer here, or read about it here. If you have never seen it, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

It is my submission for SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES.

This is one of my favorite movies too, Tick...I have seen it several times now...and this is such the perfect image to represent that movie title...it has that 'being there' look and feeling and I can almost hear the rush of that water falling...and so similar to some of the movie scenes as well...marvelous submission for SNATM...thank you!

Way to go Tick. This was a great movie. It amazes me how many Brad Pitt films I have loved. A River Runs Through It is one of the very best. Legends of the Fall, Meet Joe Black, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button just to name a few others.

I must say, I agree wholeheartedly with John's comment re: Brad Pitt...not just 'another pretty face' in Hollywood:)...he has done some great work and I too thoroughly enjoyed the movies he referred to.

Perfectly composed shot, Owd Fella Tick (OFT), being a great and apt entry for this SNATM-theme (🎥).
The timing couldn't be any better as well because it gives the right impression of the fast flowing and raging water versus the quiet attitude of the fisherman. A perfect contradiction! , 👍 !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

When I was still working there was a fella there who absolutely loved fly fishing and fly fishing images for his wallpapers. I wonder if I can find his email address... hmmmm...
