This next collage features one of my all time favorite photos Better Than A Weed Whacker. I just love the Innocence and Painted Toe Nails. The images are those of Hilda Ostby, aka wheedance. Images used to create this collage are NOT based on C-Index Ratings but rather my Favorites and images I thought Best represented this Artist. Opinions may vary.
