The swamps of Louisiana always hold a fascination for me, not having visited the place my only references are dramatic fictional films. But hey I doubt your a psychopath EJ, EJ !! ............. )o:
Now getting back to your excellent upload the Seagull, & Fisherman would be fine extras for a new film but as for the horse I fear he'd be a wooden actor.

Quite an interesting scene EJ. The horse was sweating too much and decided to take a bath i seems.

E.J., when I was viewing your image think the horse was submerged for a while, lol. Referring to some other comments above, another possibility could be that I'm in need for new spectacles, but even without a horse it's a fine capture to me.

You really have to pull it in close. It does look rather like a horse from a distance. That was a good capture.

Thanks to everyone for having a Great Time with "Find the Swimming Horse". Truth be told it is an Old Wooden Stump that very much resembles a Horse's Head sticking out he water. As for the Fisherman and Birds....They are the REAL DEAL!

Horses love to swim and it is so much fun to be on their back in the water. It would be the safest place to be in Your swamps - I would not want to dive in without a horse with Your Gators swimming around. However, I've looked and looked and I can't find the horse in Your photo.
