This is a really good picture. I love how you were able to get a good clean shot of the spandral arch. There is good color play on the water as well. Great shot.

This is a great shot Bernie...I love how the bridge draws the eye....and the soft colours of the sun reflecting on the river...you really have a 'gifted eye' for this sort of thing....thanks for sharing

Very nice, but I do wonder if you considered other choices. For example, if this is a picture specifically of the bridge, *let's see the bridge*. I played around a bit with this just to see what's really there, and the ironwork under the bridge is actually fascinating but it's impossible to see with the contrast jacked up like this. Leaving the contrast lower globally would leave the buildings in the background a bit washed out, but in just about any program you can select the bridge and adjust its properties separately to get the best of both worlds.

In other words, I think this shot falls short of its potential. You've picked a good subject and framed it well, and kudos for that. Now, with a bit more post-processing work, I think you can take it from good to *great*.

It seem a so simple bridge from the top at Bridge to Mainz and so nice from you perspective. 8/10
