Not the greatest of images I know, but I just loved the sense of isolation. it looks better when viewed at a larger size.

I like it - lonely and nostalgic and yet it is not sad.
I think the old seat has happy memories :)
Ideally suited to b/w.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . I just saw this in the VB and gave it high marks. Your narrative used the first word that came to mind when I saw this shot "isolation". The black and white give it a great feel as well. Wonderful composition. My only suggestion, and it's a relatively minor one, would be to chop off about 10-15% of the right side. The blazing white from the sun detracts slightly from the bench.

I'm not afraid of dying. I just don't want to be there when it happens.
