It was a bad day cold and misty but what little light there was seemed to reflect on the tugs and make them stand out. I have not touched this image only to crop a little.

A nice view of the urban landscape and those tugs certainly do stand out in your photo. The graininess is somewhat distracting in the photo, but comes with the lighting I guess. Nice job.
