F i n a l l y ... I have what it reminded me of. There was an author in the 70's who wrote "chariots of the Gods" - Eric Von Daniken? - where he posited the idea of aliens having populated/visited? earth millenia ago... and that they gave early civilzations including Egyptians some of their technology! bit of a pop-sci work. Anyway I think this image might be of the place they originated from!!!

Excellent work again, if rather a depressing scene - I see humans (or aliens?) still rely on digging bits of planets up for some alleged benefit. Wonder if they are any better at minimising the damage? Probably not...

Great scene. Interesting use of pyramids in this - strange to see a shape associated with the ancients appear here as a sort of covered junction.
