Has anyone else noticed the beautiful skies in a lot of the recent pics that have been put up? This one is no exception, and definitely helps to create the peaceful scene that ChuPat has sent us. It is most definitely serene from the nicely patterned, smooth colorful valley with the meandering stream on the right, travelling down right to the background and encasing that cool hill beside it....just save me a seat by those lush evergreens, and I'll be a happy camper..beautiful...excellent job :)PJ
WOW! That is one more sharp image with a great DOF and composition. I can see why you are always at peace there. It's hard to be sad when surrounded by such beauty. Excellent work!
Wow, Chuck this is drop dead gorgeous! (and I usually reserve that term for women..lol) I really like the way you captured the shadows like that, & the colors are magnificent! Excellent shot..I'm putting it into my favs!
When is the next bus? I'll be there. Just magnificant Chuck, I can understand why you like to just be at peace there. You've captured a magnificant view and your composition, lighting and clarity are amazing. Excellent post. Thanks for sharing this. TYU ;)
All the wonders you seek are within yourself. Always glad to see visitors at My Gallery and thanks for your continued kind words and constant support. Anita
Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

Good heavens Chuck, this came up on the front page and I says to meself, why didn't I receive a notification of this post? Well, because I failed to add you to my "Friends"List. I do apologize and that will be rectified. I'll check your gallery and make sure I didn't miss any more. This is indeed "drop-dead' gorgeous as one person put it. It's a keeper. Great work.
