Nothing to jump up and down about over this one folks. Just a quick snap of this hard working chap enjoying his noon time meal. Then it was back to work at the plant for him as he had no time to play.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Actually I am jumping up and down - the detail in this grasshopper is amazing Wendell - even though I generally can't stand bugs, this is a great shot.

Those 9-5 plant jobs are a grind Wendell. Same thing every day. This one is most likely on his tobacco break. He will start spittin' any moment.
Clarity is outstanding.

This is really an amazing shot! You nailed the details in this one just perfectly. I think noontime was the perfect time to snap this shot! The light from the sun is great. One of your best in my opinion!

Excellent posting, Wendell. The focus is sharp as a tack, the depth of field is only a tad off, the colors are extraordinary and the composition is right on the button. I wish his right antler was orange because it blends right into the leaf. Bask in the light and glory, Wendell, of this fabulous posting. It's a beaut.
