A couple of american wigeons dropping in at the pond for a much needed stopover on their migration route. Luckily their passports were in order, though they had lost their luggage in Goose Bay. Someone was supposed to fly in from Gander with their belongings but they may have gotten lost in the ducksoup of a fog bank off the coast. Until then they were grounded.

There head for the water quick my friend was you caring a shoot gun lol.Great colours and lovely sun light in this photo and nice sharp detail to Wendell.love the textures in reeds and shadows playing across the grass.Are these Rudd duck by any chance as we have these duck in the UK know.
