Another location I found myself having the pleasure of working at for several weeks. Even though it's only a short distance (about 15-20km) away from where I live it still ended up taking well over an hour to get to the site following the winding roads leading into it. If you look closely you can see one of the roads that lead out of the site. But it wasn't the one I traveled on; that road was behind me about a 1/2 km through the bush.

It's a good shot photographically, Wendell.If this is government land, who's monitoring the deforestation. Just curious. The ones I've seen out West appeared very organized and controlled. Do those roads have names?

Nicely done. I like the variety and colors of the pines Wendell. Disappearing roads are always fun to photograph as they force the viewer to think about where they may go.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
