Making their spring debut a little late this year, like a good many other things, are these ferns that I ran across earlier today.

If these are truly fiddlehead ferns I'd hurry and get them into a skillet with a little butter - they are quite delicious! Your shot is quite beautiful and the vignette effect worked perfectly.

Very nice capture Wendell and the detail light plus composition is stunning and it is interesting as when you just look normally at a fern you miss a lot but take a close up photo and you see how stunning natures art real is my friend ,Great looking capture well done Wendell.
