While not my idea of a hearty breakfast meal it is endorsed by many athletes. Top level performers even get their picture on a box of the product. You would think eating it like this would be hard on the digestive system to say nothing of the teeth. I could have hunted around and at least found some berries or fruit to add to the meal. But I had to be off to work shortly so I just had a shot of milk instead, the flakes would have to wait another time.

Outstanding capture and of course love the horses. Beautiful fall colour tones and composition plus the mood the fog is setting in at the background. Right into my favs
