While not my idea of a hearty breakfast meal it is endorsed by many athletes. Top level performers even get their picture on a box of the product. You would think eating it like this would be hard on the digestive system to say nothing of the teeth. I could have hunted around and at least found some berries or fruit to add to the meal. But I had to be off to work shortly so I just had a shot of milk instead, the flakes would have to wait another time.
