Another shot of the killdeer that put in a rare appearance at the duck pond. Naturally just as it was getting into close enough range to get some shots the dreaded and much maligned dog walkers appeared and caused it to fly off ending the photo shoot.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Some folks with dogs just won't let us fotographers do our work....I have even had a dog owner set his animal on to me at times!

You did manage to capture this fine shot anyhow!

Wendell - Dogs - fun to play with, but tough on photography. A nice capture of Kilroy, er Kildeer.

Dang them dog walkers anyway! Have they no respect for us photo shooters? May all the birds of the air leave their mark upon their heads! lol. Well, anyways..you got a good shot of the killdeer here, Wendell. He stayed around just long enough. Well done.

Everything about this photo makes this a dramatic and very appealing capture. The little bird, the textures, the colors and especially the composition, are so very good. Bravo!

They are very skittish Wendell. Dogs just aggravate the condition.

They do run around like they are on stilts - but at least you got this before the four footed creature arrived!

So,this is a ringed plover killer bear well you would not mess with him it looks like it as a nasty beak and claws lol. Thanks for putting a smile on my face Wendell and one very amusing photo plus the detail in the bird ho sorry killer bears is very good and the puddle at the top looks like a upside down bears head mate .Got to go now I need a valium tablet and some sleep lol.
