The bums in the senate don't deserve to sit in chambers like this. Too fancy for them. Put them in a barn where the roof leaks. LOL.

Looks like some sort of deal making is going on in the Senate. The one on the right is offering a gift to the one on the left in exchange perhaps for his support on some bill. Or else it's just a straight forward bribe from a lobbyist.
