So last Monday I went with one of my daughters and her son out to Point Bonita in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and this was one of the many incredible views we came across! I'll post a few more of this area in the coming days:) Thanks for looking.

---this was one of the many incredible views---

Bruce, in most of the cases (99.9%) I agree with you. This time no exception because of the above cited quote.
So I'm looking forward to some other images of this area.
Meanwhile I'll enjoy this breathtaking capture.
S+F. Thanks for sharing it, Buddy, 👍 !

A classic ^postcard^ photo of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate, Bruce: the wide angle treatment works beautifully. From reading about the area, I have learned that off this side from that arch under the roadway, on the right end of the bridge, the natural shape of the point there, along with the placement of that first bridge pier, creates a strong whirlpool that people have been warned from swimming or even boating in that spot. A real keeper.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
