Wow, what a title!! Found this at the San Pablo Harbor along with all the other things we found there and I have posted in the past:) Like I said before, every weekend they have little "Hippie" event and so this really does fit in. So much fun there:)

Bruce, I think to see some solar panels on top of this 'tower'
If so, then I do not rule out that the generated electrical energy will be used to cool the cans. Because of the Californian temperatures, they would be almost impossible to consume without refrigeration. Perhaps this is precisely the intention, 😁 .
