A nice pic. but I think it looks sad, and I too wonder about that chain, and he/she looks a bit on the thin side. Gigi, I hope it's being taken care of properly.

Think to see some contradiction. That relative short chain and the gentle look in his eyes don't match to me. Eyes don't lie.

A beautiful looking dog and nice shot with his shadow included...good one for the b/w challenge...I too sincerely hope he is well taken care of...I hate to see animals in distress.

Maybe a controversial shot Gigi, although the dogs chain maybe longer than we think, & perhaps these animals should be used to the snow. My only real criticism is the clipped ears, & soft focus.
