Gisele, think it's not always that wild (lol), as to me you've depicted (a species/variety of) the Eutrochium fistulosum aka
Hollow Joe-Pye Weed; Queen-of-the-Meadow; or Trumpet Weed.
This may be a wild one but there are some garden cultivars as well.
