very nice I like how you a partial grid in areas. however i think the top left needs something else

hmmm very tasty i like it very much, Mr Fetero may have a point, but this image has its own merits. maybe some faint hint of a distant nebulae or something. very nicely composed.: )

Thanks for your comments. I did wonder about putting more into the picture, but a mental block and not wanting to overcrowd it meant that I left it slightly on the sparse side.

the image is great as it is! I always have my desktop icons in the default position and am completely put off by any wallpapers that are too busy on the left-hand side.

Makes for a great wallpaper - much more detailed at 1600x1200 resolution - The black space to the upper left is a great place for desktop shortcuts :)
