I just read Sandi's (Tigger's) post about traveling to Ludington Mi. I made the comment that I had been to Ludington in 1969 via the ferry from Manitowoc Wi. The back story about this photo as told by my mum is: During the trip across Lake Michigan, my older siblings pictured to the right of my mum holding me disappeared for a long while. My parents frantically searched for them not knowing if something had happened to them or worse. So by the time this photo was taken no one really was in the mood to pose for the picture. My mum wouldn't be mad at me for sharing this, but would not be thrilled none the less.

Think your siblings had an adventurous character and were able to escape from the attention of your parents.
Once they were back, there was on the one hand relief, but on the other hand think that your late mother might have felt guilty somewhat that this has been happened. Think therefore she wouldn't be mad at you, but wouldn't be thrilled for sharing this capture as well.

A nice little 'gift' for Sandi, Alex...she is away on vacation right now but will appreciate when she comes back that you shared this personal family memory with her...regardless of the mischief of your siblings:)
