I am enjoying your gallery.
This piece is good. The fractal itself in terms of the actual formula is pretty standard - just a typical swirl, and that is about the most negative thing I can find to say (well, you did ask for both!) However, I like the palette here and the actual lighting is great - is a has a much better feel than it otherwise would have due to the almost translucent effect in some places. The framing, as with some of your other pieces is first-rate. In fact I'm a little jealous of that border effect.

Woah! Great title for a great fractal! I love how the gold part really glimmers, and it looks so perfect with the purple. The top and bottom bars make this stand out even more. I also adore the feathery texture you've given it.
