Picture taken from a canoe on Moraine Lake in Banff National Park, Canada. Water was absolutely picturesque - a perfect turquoise color, and crystal clear. You could probably see eight, maybe ten feet down. I thought it would be nice to get water, sky and mountains all in the same shot.

I started making pictures round about march 2006 and then stopped in feb 2007 because I sold my camera to Harm Gunnink who is also a member. I'am now saving money for the sony alhpa a100. Hope you like the pics P.S. is it maybe possible if you have time to also give suggestion on how to improove my pictures but compliments are also good!

Jon, this is breathtaking - and like Paul says, a wonderful desktop photo. I see pictures of this area of Canada and it reminds me of how much I NEED to go see it myself! Very nice! ~Mary~

I really like the angle in this shot, and that line of conifers is quite unbelievable! Good work!
