At first I thought it was pizza.
I think it fills the frame a bit too much and could use a little space around it.

Had to google NMSU - New Mexico State University? In any case I love the vibrant colour of this and considering how tricky exhibits can be to photograph sometimes I think you got a great angle, well done:)
