i know this isnt a shot of england! but, this is englands weather (again) , no sun, grey, rain!! my camera has been feeling neglected so i got it out of its little bag, ventured as far as my back garden and shot some raindrops on my twisted willow tree.

You take the simplest things and create such beauty with them Jan :) Sounds like the weather is about the same as here right now. I love the slight glow on the budding little branch and how the droplets are so full of light as if projecting their own. Very nice work!

Think, we have the same problem Jan, grey, dark, rainy and stormy weather. Think my camera is 'lonesome' too. Thanks for this fine image!

I like the concept, the dof and the fact that there are three of those drops and the framing is most fitting. Nice work, my dear.

Waterdrops make a good subject for a desktop image i think. Weather it is on flowers or a tree branch, they give a idea of freshness :-)

This is really clever. Three CD's stuck on a big branch. You're not fooling me.

You do make beautiful shots out of the simplest things. I love the pure green background on this, really makes it stand out.

Almost missed this "Little Lovely", caught my eye on the front page in Featured Images. A bit of a departure for you and I love it. The minimal simplicity is absolutely a stand out here. Nice clarity, the background shifting from brown to green is ideal. The frame is most complimentary. You've made those three droplets into a work of art. Beautiful job Jan.
