Fabulous shot Jan. I love the way this picture demonstrates that each raindrop is a miniature lens and you can see the inverted windows of the house in each one. As for making the spider homeless, I'm sure it will take that in its stride and have a new home soon.

What a shame, Jan. I'll bet you were quite unhappy after your misstep. You still got this fantastic image and it's sharp enough for me. Wonderful image -

Absolutely superb, Jan. The fact that it is now a broken web, makes the capture even more interesting. As Mr B. says above, hopefully will find a new home soon. Faved!

A good capture of the reflective droplets in the web Jan, If you went back in 30 minutes you would have found a new web. Unless you stepped on the spider or he went for a ride on your back.

Jan, I'm very busy now with different, unexpected, things. Therefore I can't hardly find the time to comment on recent posts. I did a 'quick scan' and like to say that your new post is fine, as usual. Want just to let you know this.

This is really arty Jan. What's reflected in the droplets? Looks like a window. I like the sort of random way the branches come off the main thread. Cool bananas, as a very good friend of mine would say ;-)
