And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

Jan, it's wonderful. I love simple, natural, beautiful nature shots like this. The leaf is making such wonderful ripples on the water.

I like how this turned out for you too. The dimples at the leafs edges with the water are wonderful.

Like I said, I take you to a sailing club and you photograph dead leaves. Still, looks like the Caedes audience is with you given that score! This came out pretty cool, love the way the water has rendered especially.

Beautiful detail. The contrast is what makes this special though; almost loojs like the leaf is floating in a pool of crude oil...

Serene and lovely. A perfect addition to my hand-built "water" screen saver. I really like how the "elastic" property of water is so clearly illustrated by what's happening along the edges of the leaf. Very good eye to spot this and thanks for sharing it.
