a slo mo with an nd 4 and nd 8 filter so i could lengthen the exposure to 20 seconds. My favourite beach place to go because its all eroding and has lots of broken sea defence and such. Unfortunatly when i went today they are putting a new ramp to the beach and removing the beach debris, so i imagine it wont be the same much longer! boo hoo.

Oh I do love this capture, you did a marvelous job on this one using those filters. Sometimes it is best to leave things alone, buy man has a hard time with that statement. Tigs♥ =^..^=

Beautiful job, Jan. The colors are intriguing and 20 seconds seem just about right.

Great composition, Jan.

Annnd..

Love the feel and mood of your image here.

Colours are gorgeous, of course.

Taking a look at the largest resolution size, this shot looks incredible (no noise? really? ... you make a deal with that guy with horns and a pitchfork tail? :oP). Makes me wish I had that 52" behemoth of a display.

One for posterity's sake, it would appear ... from your accompanying narrative. Shame, really. It is a visual treasure trove as more than aptly displayed/captured by you.

Thanks for sharing this most tranquil and serene ... and beautiful setting with us. :o)

Such a wonderful mood it makes Dimps. Great place to sleep and listen to the waves. Subconsciously of course.

I agree with you Jan, because it gives much better images than when everything is repaired or renewed. This splendid one is a proof of it.

Regards, Cornelius.

Love the understated use of the angles, it gives the eye lots of space to roam around.
