You know where this image is going...it will reside with Road of Purple in my fav's folder! It is hard to critique an image when I am so in love with the subject. Road of Purple is one of my all time favorite images. This capture doesn't have quite the intensity of the color purple, but the beauty is still quite evident. Thank you Jac for the beauty of the Jacaranda.........:~)

Excellent shot Jacqueline!!! Reminds me of when I was a kid in Arkansas...they would take up the cotton from the fields in these huge like bales...and the trucks would lose so much that the roads for miles would be covered...it would look like it had snowed :) Great image!!!!

Whilst it does not have the colour intensity of the purple as shown in your 'Road of Purple', it is nevertheless, a gorgeous image of delicate colours in a shot of depth and interest, great perspective. Love this one Jacqueline.

I love all these images with these gorgeous trees. My preference is this one to "Road of Purple" only slightly because I feel there are less distractions and a few more excellent colors complimenting the image as a whole. I also like the bend of the road.

The Jacaranda trees in flower have been a longtime favorite of mine, even if I can't see them in the flesh where I live. I am so happy to see them captured like this, etheral like, on this sinous road.

I would wonder where the path to the viewer's left leads to. A perfect shot..I do hope there isn't a WalMart around the bend.

Always thought they were the most beautiful tree. I have a problem with poles and wires. Too bad they're not all underground. I cloned them and the sign out for a desktop. It's a lovely composition with such a relaxing colour range.
