Lovely Lake Louise, AB in -25C. The cold doesn't stop people getting out and about. Thought this made for a pleasing desktop, with a Samsung S6 camera phone.

Lake Louise is such a beautiful place. I like this unique view of it with all the skaters.

I'd love to visit Lake Louise but in better weather:)...however, this does make for an incredibly striking and beautiful capture...with all that snow and the mountains in the distance just barely visible, the image gives off quite an ambience... great work with your phone, Jeff...faved.

While a snow scene like this is a common one for me (seeing it yesterday morning, in fact), I don't often see this many people out enjoying it. The snow-fogged mountains in the background really contrast beautifully with the crisp black silhouettes of the people, and it shows just how large and far away those mountains really are.

"Captivating".. that's the word I was searching for.

Great shot, Jeff.

Well-composed.. really a strong element.

... ...

And.. "nostalgia".. that's the word I was searching for that your image here evokes with me.

Backyard ice rinks.. fun.

Lost in world of ice and snow.. magical.

... ...

Yeah, I said it.. 'magical'.

Thanks for sharing this one with us.

W0w that is great, I have only been there in the summer. Great shot and I never even wondered what it was like frozen... but great perspective
