Wow.. very interesting.. The picture is very well done, it looks almost animated. I like the use of colors, the placing of everything, the clash of blue and orange.. Good pic

the texture, and how you achieved movement through colour direction.
Colour harmony and temperature.
I DON'T LIKE: discrepancy between the colours - which one is dominant?
Also, the spacing of the stars are quite even as well as the negative space between the orange blasts. Space them out more for a random appearance. Maybe even some opacity variance in the blues for more depth.
Nice execution, but perhaps more attention to composition of your elements.
