Looks a lovely spot, and well captured - makes a nice desktop. A little more detail in the dark areas might have been nice, but if you'd upped the exposure you'd have lost the blueness of the sky, so I think this is a good balance :-)

That's a beauty. I love the fall colors and the water is gorgeous. It is a beautiful spot. Although there is lost detail in the dark area, it is still an excellent image. :)

In my humble opinion .. the image needs more .. more color, more interest, more action ....

a different time of day could possibly help colorwise
a different midground would give more reason to look at the image longer
a trout jumping in the foreground would help in the action dept

just my two cents, of course ... not trying to discourage you

I agree with Keifer -- while I do like the angle you've chosen with the water dominating the foreground, I think that the picture needs something more to really capture someone's attention.
