I don't know if I have another collage-type composition posted or not...Anyway, the theme here is the inspiration an artist gets (or sustains) on their "Palette of Life" for working in to their compositions...whatever they may be...

Brilliant! Imaginative, creative - and so true. Well done with this creation. Gives me inspiration to go back to the real artist's palette this Christmas, having just been given some oil pastels... Hmmm! Well done!

Very good collage. I had to do something like that in school, but it never ended up that good.

Lots of room for comment on this wonderful work Ron. My immediate attention went to the old television which looks like it's dropping into a black hole. Seems to me, as much as I like the old style programs, since the advent of t.v. we've been slipping steadily into a black hole cycle of advertising, spending and wasting time viewing and shopping! The neon colors under subdued elements is very effective. Now for some thoughts for improvement - the paintbrush handle is somewhat dimensional while the brush is flat, as is the palette which could use some depth. The background shadow is good but highlights and shadows within the palette should also fall accordingly. Wonderful concept. Keep working on it. anne :-)

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

A great work, but some of the icons must appeal on a personal level because I can't relate to them.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
