...This establishment wasn't nearly as "thorough" in notifying its customers as this one (and with a big sign like that, they obviously didn't have to be), but the message is pretty clear... Mess County, like the rest of the USA - IS on lockdown as well!

You knew it was coming, you just didn't know when. Perhaps they will be included in the stimulus bill. We all know there was plenty of stimulus when it was in operation.
