I know you meant a completely different meaning for SPECTRE Dr., but my crazy mind, when I saw it, jumped to James Bond and SPECTRE ("Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion").

Your street corner, SPECTRE DR and SPOOK ST, in green glow, has naturally all the spirits living present (and past) in this ghoulish neighborhood.
