Kyle: I lived and worked in the shadows of these magnificent Mountains for three years as a "Fly Fishing Guide".
The memories of those days are some of my very best.
Your image does them justice. I like your framing and composition. If there were anything that could have been done to give the image more impact, it would have been to shoot the image with a lens that had a polarizer attached.
10 by me.

If you can't find the words, you may as well shoot it...

Perfect capture! I love how the trees make up a 'frame' for the mountain. 10/10 and into my faves. ^_^

"Pity? It was pity that stayed Bilbo's hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over. The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many."- "I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened..." "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. WOW Kyle whadda capture!! Great overall comp and control. Agree with Michael on the use of a UV filter or a little tweak in PS, but doesn't need much, as it's a superb shot.

The only thing I'd have done, yes I'm a nature lover...but, I'd have broken the dead looking limb outta the way.

This was a great idea making the trees the frame! Very original.
